Take Time to Talk - Death Cafe comes to the Southern Highlands

Patsy Bingham

What do you do when you want to talk about the recent or upcoming death of a loved one without facing shocked faces or those who are so confronted by the word "death" that they back away, leaving you wanting for support or just an ear to listen.

The answer is here - Time Time to Talk Death Cafe is starting with monthly get togethers in Bowral from 26th March. Sessions will take place at the CWA Bowral rooms at 40 Wingecarribee Street in Bowral on the last Friday of every month. Coffee and tea along with a slice of cake will be offered, and entry is free. Covid safety means bookings will be essential as groups will be kept small to enable everyone to have a non-judgemental platform to talk.

Come with an open mind, a healthy curiosity, and a willingness to share your thoughts, feelings, and questions with other like-minded individuals. More information is available at https://www.facebook.com/events/741599153152503 or https://deathcafe.com/deathcafe/13036/ or you can email me to book your place at info@endoflifeangels.com.au.

We acknowledge the traditional owners and custodians of these beautiful lands where we live, and acknowledge their connection with country, waters and community.  We pay our respects to their elders past, present and emerging.
